Right angle pulse solenoid valves-ZCJ
Purpose:
Solenoid valves of this series are the switches of the dust removal system of the pocket dust catcher to control the compressing air, and they are controlled by the output signals of the pulse controller. They remove the dust in turns and make the resistance be set in the fixed scale to ensure the efficiency of the catcher. ZCJ pulse solenoid valves are of right angel, namely the angel between the inlet and outlet is 90°,which is convenient for the user to connect the air reserve tank and the blow tube to offer the demanded pulse air current.Structure Feature:
- Aluminum alloy valve body, adoption of the hot-forging techniques, small volume, refined and handsome appearance
- All the components are processed by digital controlled machine tool to guarantee the precision and reliability of the solenoid valves.
- Introducing overseas advanced technology to renovate and to catch up with the imported solenoid valves. Its capability has already reached international level.
- Adoption of ingenious plunger structure, which makes the principle be more scientific. Life span is ten times of the similar products.
